1. Acceptance of Service
By accessing SandeshHub, you agree to utilize our proprietary bridge solely for professional outreach and recruitment purposes. You represent that you have the authority to bind your organization to these terms.
2. Message Credit Economy
Service utilization is based on "Message Credits". One credit allows for one email transmission to one unique recipient. We guarantee lifetime validity on all purchased credits. Credits are non-refundable once any portion of a purchased pack has been utilized.
3. Responsible Usage Policy
To protect the integrity of our delivery network, you agree to:
- Only send messages to recipients who have consented to communication.
- Maintain a bounce rate below the industry standard of 5%.
- Include a functional unsubscribe mechanism in every campaign.
Accounts exceeding complaint or bounce thresholds will be suspended without refund to protect the ecosystem.
4. Limitation of Liability
While we target 99.9% infrastructure uptime, SandeshHub is not responsible for deliverability issues caused by receiver-side firewalls, spam filters, or incorrect recipient data.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal proceedings arising out of this agreement shall be conducted exclusively within the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
