To facilitate your outreach, we collect your professional account information and billing details. Critically, we store the "Receiver Groups" you upload—including names, emails, and custom variables—solely for the purpose of executing your mail campaigns.
2. Use of Recruitment Data
We use your data strictly to:
- Execute high-volume mail campaigns via our proprietary bridge.
- Provide real-time deliverability analytics (opens, clicks, bounces).
- Process GST-compliant billing for your organization.
- Maintain the security and integrity of your secure dashboard.
3. Data Retention & Deletion
You maintain full control over your data. You may delete any contact or entire receiver groups at any time. Upon account termination, all associated candidate data is permanently purged from our primary production systems within 30 days.
Third-Party Disclosure
We do not sell, lease, or share your recruitment lists with third-party marketers. Your data is only processed through our secure delivery infrastructure to ensure your messages reach their intended recipients.
